FCC Re-allots TV Channels from Columbia to Edenton, NC

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has re-allotted TV channels from Columbia to Edenton, NC, at the request of the University of North Carolina, following a license agreement for non-commercial TV station WUND-TV, channel 2, and paired DTV channel 20, in accordance with a previous decision published on August 13, 2004 (69 FR 50146).
