Radio Broadcasting Services; Sierra Vista and Tanque Verde, AZ - Comment Sought on Proposed Reallotment of FM Channel 265A

The FCC is seeking public comment on a proposal by CCR-Sierra Vista IV, LLC to reallot FM Channel 265A from Sierra Vista to Tanque Verde, Arizona, as its first local service, and to modify the license of FM Station KZMK accordingly. The proposal is subject to certain conditions, including a site restriction and Mexican concurrence, and the FCC will not consider competing expressions of interest.
