Radio Broadcasting Services; Falmouth, Midway and Owingsville, KY - Request for Comments on Proposed Channel Substitutions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a joint petition by L.M. Communications of Kentucky, LLC and Gateway Radio Works, Inc. to modify the licenses of Stations WBTF(FM) and WKCA(FM) to substitute different channels at Midway, Kentucky, and Owingsville, Kentucky, and to modify the license of Station WIOK(FM) to operate on Channel 300A instead of Channel 299A at Owingsville.
