Radio Broadcasting Services; Altheimer, AR and Little Rock, AR

The Federal Communications Commission has allotted a new local radio station, Channel 251C3, to Altheimer, Arkansas, at the request of Charles Crawford, marking the community's first aural transmission service. The existing station, KURB(FM) Channel 253C, has been reclassified as 253C0 following the Commission's reclassification procedures, as outlined in the 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review--Streamlining of Radio Technical Rules in Parts 73 and 74 of the Commission's Rules.
