FCC Receives Approval for Revised SHVERA Procedural Rules

The Federal Communications Commission has announced that the revised public information collection for the Satellite Home Viewer Extension and Reauthorization Act of 2004 will become effective on August 15, 2005, following Office of Management and Budget approval.
