Wireline Competition Bureau Approves Plan to Refund Interstate Access Customers of Bell Atlantic for 1994 Tariff Period

The Wireline Competition Bureau has approved a plan to refund interstate access customers of Bell Atlantic for their 1994 annual interstate access tariff, allowing eligible customers to receive refunds of less than $100 or obtain refunds for customers no longer identifiable.
