Radio Broadcasting Services; Beaumont and Dayton, TX - Withdrawal of Rulemaking Petition

The Audio Division of the FCC has withdrawn a rulemaking petition submitted by Liberman Broadcasting of Houston License Corp. to relocate Station KQQK(FM) from Beaumont, Texas, to Dayton, Texas, as per Section 1.420(j) of the Commission's rules.
