Commission Seeks Comments on Proposed Allocation Factor for TRS Fund

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on the National Exchange Carrier Association's proposed allocation factor for determining the number of inbound two-line captioned telephone minutes that should be compensated from the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service Fund.
