FDIC Publishes Proposed Amendments to International Banking Regulations

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to its international banking regulations, including updates to asset pledge and maintenance requirements for insured state nonmember banks and U.S. branches of foreign banks, aimed at reducing regulatory burden and strengthening supervisory processes.
