FCC Establishes Regulatory Framework for Wireline Broadband Internet Access

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has created a new framework for facilities-based providers of wireline broadband internet access, allowing them to offer services on a common carrier or non-common carrier basis, effective one year from the document's publication date.
