FCC to Issue Public Notice for 800 MHz Public Safety Interference Proceeding in NPSPAC Regions

The Federal Communications Commission will issue a public notice thirty days prior to the start of the 800 MHz band reconfiguration process in each National Public Safety Planning Advisory Committee region, outlining a three-month voluntary negotiation period for licensees to reach an agreement with Nextel on relocating their services.
