Closed Captioning of Video Programming, Telecommunications for the Deaf, Inc.; Petition for Rulemaking

In this document, the Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau grants a request for an extension of time to file reply comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) adopted by the Commission in the "Closed Captioning of Video Programming" proceeding.
