Radio Broadcasting Services; Eminence, Lebanon, Linn, Potosi and Rolla, MO - Counterproposal Filed in Response to Proposed Rule Making

Four Him Enterprises, LLC has submitted a counterproposal in response to a proposed rule making, which would modify the license of Station KHZR to operate on a different channel and make related channel substitutions for other stations in Missouri, including KDAA, KJEL, and a new local service in Eminence.
