FCC Announces Effective Date for 71-76 GHz, 81-86 GHz, and 92-95 GHz Bands Rule

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has confirmed that the new rule, which outlines service rules for the specified frequency bands, went into effect on December 7, 2005, following approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
