FDA Requests Extension for Using Existing Label Stock After Trans Fat Labeling Effective Date

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a guidance document to inform businesses about when they can request enforcement discretion for using existing label stock without trans fat labeling on products introduced into interstate commerce after January 1, 2006.
