FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Review by OMB

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requesting public comment on a proposed collection of information that has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The FDA is seeking samples and protocols from the public to support this proposed collection.
