FDA Proposes Changes to Drug Establishment Registration and Listing Regulations

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to update its rules for registering and listing human drugs, including those that are also biologics, as well as animal drugs, with the aim of improving efficiency and clarity in the process.
