FDA Approves New Animal Drug for Mares

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved an abbreviated new animal drug application (ANADA) for Sparhawk Laboratories, Inc. to use a generic gentamicin sulfate solution as an intrauterine infusion to treat bacterial metritis and improve conception in mares.
