FDA Approves New Animal Feed Supplement Lasalocid for Increased Weight Gain in Cattle

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended its regulations to allow the use of a lasalocid-based feed supplement, approved by Purina Mills, Inc., to promote weight gain in pasture cattle.
