FDA Releases Guidance on Biological Product Deviation Reporting for Licensed Manufacturers

The FDA has released a guidance document providing licensed manufacturers of biological products other than blood and blood components with information on biological product deviation reporting requirements, including when to report, who submits the report, and how to submit it.
