FDA Releases Guidance on Reporting Deviations in Blood and Plasma Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a document outlining its current thinking on reporting deviations in blood and plasma products, providing clarity to licensed blood establishments, unlicensed registered blood establishments, and transfusion services on when and how to submit reports.
