FDA Amends Animal Drug Regulations Due to Sponsor Name Change
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its animal drug regulations to reflect the name change of Bertek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to Mylan Bertek Pharmaceuticals, Inc., following a change in sponsorship.
