FDA Amends Regulation on Ozone-Depleting Substances in Pressurized Containers

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is removing the essential use designations for certain medications used in oral pressurized metered-dose inhalers (MDIs), as they are no longer being marketed, and expects minimal public comment on the rule.
