International Drug Scheduling; Convention on Psychotropic Substances; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs; World Health Organization Scheduling Recommendations for Dronabinol and its Stereoisomers, and Oripavine

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) invites public comments on the World Health Organization's (WHO) recommendations to restrict the international manufacturing and distribution of certain drug substances, as outlined in the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs and the Convention on Psychotropic Substances. Comments will be considered in shaping the U.S. position for a meeting of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) in Vienna, Austria, from March 12 to 16, 2007.
