EPA Approves Iowa State Implementation Plan Revision to Control PM 10 Emissions from Blackhawk Foundry

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the state of Iowa's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which will make orders and permits issued to control particulate matter (PM 10) emissions from the Blackhawk Foundry and Machine Company in Davenport, Iowa, federally enforceable.
