EPA Proposes Settlement for Potomac Yard CERCLA Removal Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with Commonwealth Atlantic Land V Inc. to recover past response costs for the Potomac Yard CERCLA Removal Site in Virginia. The proposed settlement requires the company to pay $19,619.02 to the EPA's Hazardous Substance Superfund.
