EPA Publishes Proposed Rule for In-Use Testing of Heavy-Duty Diesel Engines and Vehicles to Control Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a proposed rule in the Federal Register on June 10, 2004, which includes a notice of proposed rulemaking concerning air pollution control, and provides the rule text in its entirety for public review and comment.
