EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District's (AVAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) regarding volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from architectural coatings.
