EPA Approves Connecticut's Air Quality Implementation Plan Updates

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a draft State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, which establishes limited maintenance plans for specific areas and updates the plans for carbon monoxide. The public hearing was scheduled for June 17, 2004, under the Clean Air Act.
