EPA Exempts Lactic Acid, n-Propyl Ester (S) from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to PURAC America, Inc. from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of lactic acid, n-propyl ester (S) on raw agricultural commodities, allowing its use in pesticide formulations and post-harvest applications.
