EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Plan for Mobile Equipment Repair Shops in Northern Virginia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a plan by the Commonwealth of Virginia to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from mobile equipment repair and refinishing operations in the northern Virginia area, which is part of the Washington, D.C. ozone nonattainment area.
