EPA Proposes Revision to New Jersey SIP Transportation Conformity Budgets

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New Jersey State Implementation Plan (SIP) transportation conformity budgets for carbon monoxide and ozone precursors, aiming to maintain the state's compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and progress in reducing ozone levels in the affected area.
