Safety Zones: Fort Vancouver Fireworks Display on Columbia River to be Enforced by Captain of the Port

The Captain of the Port, Portland, Oregon, will establish a safety zone on the Columbia River in Vancouver, WA, on July 4, 2005, to protect watercraft from potential hazards during the Fort Vancouver Fireworks Display, and unauthorized entry will be prohibited.
