Coast Guard Proposes Revisions to Security Zones in Hawaii

The US Coast Guard is issuing a supplement to its proposed rulemaking to revise existing security zones in Hawaiian waters to protect against sabotage, accidents, and other threats, with some zones to remain active year-round and others only during heightened conditions.
