TSA Exempts Registered Traveler Operations Files from Privacy Act Provisions

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing a final rule to exempt the Registered Traveler Operations Files from several provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, in order to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of classified and law enforcement information.
