Coast Guard Publishes Special Local Regulations for Marine Events in Federal Register

The US Coast Guard has published a document in the Federal Register regarding a public meeting to gather citizen comments on the proposed 2005 Piankatank River Race, a marine event set to take place on the Piankatank River in Gloucester County, Virginia on July 23, 2005.
