CBP Adopts Final Rule on NAFTA Disassembly Operations

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has adopted a final rule updating its regulations under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) to clarify the treatment of components recovered from disassembled used goods imported from NAFTA countries into the US.
