Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Engine Department Training Program

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will hold a public meeting to discuss a proposed training program for qualified engine department personnel on sea-going vessels, as part of its ongoing efforts to advise the Secretary of Homeland Security on maritime training and certification matters.
