USCIS Extends Employment Authorization for Honduran and Nicaraguan TPS Beneficiaries

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has extended the employment authorization for Honduran and Nicaraguan Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beneficiaries for an additional 90 days, from July 5, 2005, to October 5, 2005, due to the large number of beneficiaries and the inability to process new EADs in time.
