USPS to Distribute 9/11 Heroes Stamp Act Funds Through FEMA

The US Postal Service will distribute funds from the 9/11 Heroes Stamp Act of 2001 to the families of emergency responders killed or disabled in the 9/11 terrorist attacks through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
