USCIS Announces Changes to Address Notification Procedures for American Baptist Churches v. Thornburgh Class Members

USCIS is updating its procedures for notifying class members of American Baptist Churches v. Thornburgh of changes in address, including the closure of a post office box in Washington, D.C. and the discontinuation of a specific change of address form.
