CBP Seeks Extension of Information Collection for Petition for Remission or Mitigation of Forfeitures and Penalties

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection is requesting an extension of its information collection for reviewing petitions for remission or mitigation of forfeitures and penalties, with no change to the burden hours, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
