FEMA Submits Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a form for review and clearance by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to record flood hazard determinations, as required by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, and will use it by regulated lending institutions and federal agencies.
