CBP Eliminates Bond Rider Requirement for Periodic Monthly Statement Payment Process

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced changes to its National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test, allowing participants in the Periodic Monthly Statement test to no longer provide a bond rider for estimated duties and fees payments, effective immediately.
