FEMA to Notify Private Insurers of NFIP Arrangement Terms

FEMA is required to notify private insurance companies of the terms for subscription or re-subscription to the National Flood Insurance Program's Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement, and has provided these terms to the companies in a notice.
