Coast Guard and MARAD Cancel Environmental Assessment for Port Pelican LLC Deepwater Port

The Coast Guard and the Maritime Administration (MARAD) have cancelled an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Port Pelican LLC Deepwater Port in the Gulf of Mexico, following the company's decision to indefinitely defer fabrication site activities in Texas.
