CBP Requests Public Comment on Country of Origin Marking Requirements for Containers or Holders

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public input on a proposed rule to reduce paperwork burden related to marking the country of origin on containers or holders, as part of its efforts to implement the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
