Powers and Authority of Officers and Employees Rule Continues Homeland Security Act Reorganization

This rule updates the Code of Federal Regulations to align with the Department of Homeland Security's organizational structure, as established by the Homeland Security Act and Reorganization Plan, without limiting the authority of any DHS officer.
