DOJ Extends Comment Period for Nondiscrimination Rule on Disability in Government Services

The Department of Justice is extending the comment period for proposed rules on nondiscrimination in state and local government services, public accommodations, and commercial facilities until May 31, 2005, to allow more time for public input.
