EPA Lodges Consent Decree Under CERCLA for Contaminated Site Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the cleanup of a contaminated site, as part of a settlement agreement with the site's responsible parties.
